Hot Vinyasa FLOW

Hot Vinyasa is the core of what we do at Monmouth Flow and there's nothing quite like practicing in a heated room.

The room runs 95–100°F, linking breath to movement in a continuous flow that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. You will sweat. Your body will work. By the end, you'll feel it in the best way.

The heat loosens muscles, elevates heart rate, supports detoxification, and sharpens mental focus in a way a room-temperature class simply can't replicate. Most students describe a post-class clarity that's hard to find anywhere else.

Some yoga experience is recommended the heat adds a layer worth being prepared for. Come hydrated. We have water, towels, and weights.

Hatha Yoga is one of the most traditional and widely practiced styles of yoga. Unlike faster flow-based classes, Hatha moves at a deliberate pace. Poses are held a little longer, the breath is emphasized, and there's real time to feel what each movement is doing in your body. It builds strength and flexibility, yes, but it also trains the mind to slow down and stay present. It's the kind of practice that works on you quietly and deeply!

The room is heated to 82 degrees, just enough to loosen the muscles and support a deeper stretch without feeling like a hot yoga class.
